Yoen Electric Co., Ltd. was building in 1994. It is a factory specificalizing in transformers, reactors and voltage stabilizers products used to controlling voltage. Yoen Electronic is an internationally recognized name brand for the transformers. Based on excellent technical background and the resources, we ceaseless develop new products related to electricity so as to satisfy customers' critical needs today. We persist in quality. Through our abundant experiences and technology, we make each YOEN series product with excellent performances.

 


SMOOTH FLOW PROCESS

The factory building occupies an area of 36000 square feet. The productivity is over 202 hours per month. All the products are through such a flow process as well designed, properly manufactured and carefully inspected. The major equipment includes CNC-210S auto winding machines, silicon-steel sheet auto insert machines, OX head frequency converted winding machines and CNC 1800 baking stoves. All of these are precision equipment. All the products are strictly inspected according to ISO standard. We spare no expense, and invest high precision inspecting instruments, such as frequency converted type electricity tester (open circuit), L.C.R. tester, voltage resistant insulation tester and the loading tester (short circuit). All of these offorts are for the benefits of customers to be provided with our quality products. Persisting in perfection is the main factor that we have over 150 customers in the field of high precision industry.

1994 YOEN ELECTRONIC was established at Wuku, Taipei
Dec. 1999 Started manufacturing of transformer for machine tools. Factory moved to Tien Yi Street, Taichung City.
July, 2002 Factory was expanded and moved to Yeong Feng Rd. Taiping, Taichung Hsien.
2002 Sales revenue reached 29,503,004 dollars.
2003 Sales revenue reached 51,750,391 dollars.

Self-coupled transformer was CE certified (ED/2004/30006A-01)
June, 2004 Factory was expanded again and moved to current address as Juyan Gong Rd. Taichung City
2004? Sales revenue grew to 95,339,095 dollars. Total employee was 32.
Mar. 2005 Harmonic wave test was approved by SGS/EMS (ED/2005/30011)
Mar. 2005

Isolated transformer was CE certified (6042/05/0045)
2005 Sales revenue reached 117,854,017 dollars. Total employee was 50.
Oct. 2005 Products were exported to Australian machine tool manufacturers.
Jan. 2006 Products were exported to Canada.
July 2006 Insulation systems were certified by UL and CUL (E306418)
Nov. 2006 TAF certified by Taiwan Power Company (5V10699)
2006 Sales revenue reached 184,354,823 dollars. Total employee was 72.
